More About Ryan:

Ryan has been practicing as a fulltime as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and group fitness instructor for the past 7 years. He started his training career in Savannah, GA with The Landings Club and then moved on to Sea Island Golf Club where he was able to train with some of the best golf fitness professionals in the country. Ryan has since been working seasonally at Ocean Reef Club the past 2 years sharing his expertise with the members and coaching staff in Key Largo, FL.

Ryan’s desire to coach stemmed from an obstacle filled baseball career facing different injuries. His personal experiences led him to commit himself to learning and instructing in sport performance development. He also focuses on strength progression following physical therapy and the importance of proper technique when training, as this was a crucial component for his return to sport.

His training method prioritizes evidence-based and data driven training that begins with physical assessment using TPI, FMS, and sport specific tests. Ryan has worked with a variety of populations, and his approach always remains the same: individual assessment and individualized programming specific to each client’s goals.
